Message	a low mileage motor that has suffered the wrath of what I like to call "Tokyo Traffic". Ask yourself why so many JDM cars have TVs in them. Ask yourself why newer JDM cars have "low speed" cruise control that you can set at 20 km/h (13 mph). Idling the motor through traffic for 40k+ miles just can't be good. Again, this applies to the majority. There are always the exceptions.
